Have you ever thought about how many crucial stories simply never make it to your screen? According to the RSF’s 2025 report, more than half the world’s population lives in countries where press freedom is classified as “very serious.”


That means huge swaths of human experience are going unreported. In 160 out of 180 countries, media outlets struggle to stay financially stable. 


When journalists are silenced, the stories that matter don't just vanish, they get replaced by noise, half-truths, or propaganda. For our campaign, Hidden Headlines, we’re flipping the lens. We want to spotlight those hidden stories so you and I can see how much press freedom really affects everyday life. 


What you don't see matters. The truth you don't access still shapes your world.
